HNH Group LLC: Terms & Service Agreement

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Executive Sedans (Mercedes-Benz S-Class): Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% fare charge.

  • Luxury SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV): Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% fare charge.

  • No-Shows: If the passenger is not at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without communication, the ride will be considered a "No-Show" and billed at the full rate.

2. Wait Time & Delays

  • Airport Pickups: We provide 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for all commercial flight arrivals. After 60 minutes, a wait fee of $25 per 15-minute increment will apply.

  • Non-Airport Pickups: We provide a 15-minute grace period. Following this, wait time will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

  • Flight Tracking: We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by airline mechanical issues or weather that results in a cancelled flight.

3. Vehicle Rules & Damage

  • Smoking/Vaping: All HNH Group vehicles are strictly Non-Smoking. A professional detailing fee of $350 will be charged for any violation.

  • Cleaning Fee: Excessive cleaning required due to passenger negligence (spills, etc.) will result in a minimum sanitation fee of $250.

"Inclement Weather" (like tornadoes or severe ice), stating that HNH Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for the safety of the chauffeur and passengers during active state-issued weather emergencies.
